Details for Ported Nipple Assembly (Standard and Retro Models)

• The Secure-FlowTM Patent Protected ported nipple assembly is included with every Standard and Retro Secure-FlowTM product.

• Standard ported nipple is manufactured from Sch 80 A106B material

• Included in the package is a 304SS sample line assembly with a ½” ball valve and a suction line assembly with a ¾” nipple and ball valve to aid in the clean out of the bottom of the secondary spill control units.

• When purchased with a secondary spill control unit the assembly also includes an aluminum Type “A” Cam-lok and dust cap, the Cam-lok and dust cap are optional on Retro Model Secure-FlowTM Spill Control Units

• Custom Secure-FlowTM Spill Containment units can come with the standard Sch 80 A106B material, as well as other ported nipple material options A333 or 316SS

• Available flanged connections to mate with flanged valves

• 100% inspection of all welded flange connections, with x-ray reports

• MTR’s are provided for all custom ported nipple assemblies

• Hydro testing is available on all custom ported nipple assemblies upon request
